Avondale Baptist Church is a cooperating church of the Georgia Baptist Convention and the The Southern Baptist Convention. We agree with "The Baptist Faith & Message" - a statement adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention.

We are a Bible believing Church and believe the Bible to be without error and it is our guide for all we do, thus it is central in our study and worship.

Our aim is to help Christians mature fully in the Lord and to help them accept their responsibilities as Christians. We stress, through love, the urgent need of salvation and the ministering of the Good News of Jesus Christ.
